Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rentify Earn ("the Service," "Platform"), available at earn.gorentify.com, you ("User," "Landlord" or "Property Manager") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. About Rentify Earn

Rentify Earn is an AI-powered property portfolio management platform designed for UAE-based landlords and asset managers. The Service allows you to:

• Upload property data files (Excel, CSV, PDF) for AI-assisted extraction and structuring
• Manage units, tenants, leases, and cheque schedules
• Upload tenancy documents, including Ejari, tenancy contracts, Emirates IDs, passport scans, and cheque images
• Query your portfolio using natural-language AI chat
• Sync and update portfolio data through re-uploads

3. Eligibility

To use Rentify Earn, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age
• Be a landlord, asset manager, or authorised property operations professional
• Have the legal right to upload and process the data you submit to the Platform
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations, including those governing real estate, tenancy, and personal data protection

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

You must register an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@gorentify.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Rentify is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account use due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is prohibited and may result in immediate termination.

5. Permitted Use

5.1 Authorised Use

You may use the Service solely for lawful property portfolio management purposes related to real estate you own, manage, or are authorised to administer.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Upload data for properties or tenants you are not authorised to manage
• Upload data belonging to third parties without their knowledge and appropriate consent where legally required
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the Platform or its AI models
• Upload malicious files, viruses, or corrupted data intended to harm the Platform
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised individuals
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Use the Service to process data of minors without appropriate legal authority
• Misrepresent your identity or the ownership of properties

6. User Data and Content

6.1 Your Responsibility for Uploaded Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all data, files, and documents you upload to the Platform. Rentify does not verify the authenticity of uploaded documents.

6.2 Third-Party Personal Data

When you upload data relating to your tenants (including names, Emirates IDs, passport information, phone numbers, financial records), you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally entitled to collect and process that personal data
• You have a valid legal basis for sharing that data with the Platform (e.g., lease agreement, legal obligation, or legitimate interest under applicable law)
• You will comply with all obligations under the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL) and any applicable emirate-level data regulations as they apply to your role as a data controller

6.3 Licence to Process Your Data

By uploading content to the Platform, you grant Rentify a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to store, process, and use that data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.

6.4 Data Accuracy

The AI extraction and structuring features of Rentify Earn are designed to assist, not replace, your review. All AI-generated outputs — including extracted values, field mappings, confidence scores, and suggested fixes — require your review and confirmation before being applied to your portfolio. Rentify is not liable for errors in AI-extracted data that you confirm and import without review.

7. AI Features and Limitations

7.1 Nature of AI Outputs

Rentify Earn uses artificial intelligence to read, parse, extract, and classify data from uploaded files and documents. AI outputs are provided for your assistance and convenience only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.

7.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI extraction accuracy may vary depending on document quality, formatting, language, and complexity. You must independently verify all critical data — including rent amounts, lease dates, cheque values, Emirates ID details, and tenant identities — before relying on them for legal or financial decisions.

7.3 AI Chat Responses

The "Ask Rentify AI" feature provides responses based on your uploaded portfolio data and documents. These responses are informational only. AI answers citing specific documents, records, or figures should be verified against the source documents before being acted upon. Rentify AI does not provide legal advice.

7.4 No Guarantee of Availability

AI features are provided on a best-efforts basis. Rentify does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI services.

8. Document Storage

8.1 Document Retention

Rentify stores uploaded documents and their version history in accordance with your account settings and our data retention policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent copies of all critical documents.

8.2 No Substitution for Legal Records

Documents stored on Rentify Earn do not constitute official legal records. You must comply with all applicable UAE laws regarding the retention of original tenancy, Ejari, and identification documents independently of the Platform.

9. Import History

9.1 Import Logs

Each data upload creates a history entry. Import history is retained for a minimum of 1 month from the date of upload.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Rentify's IP

All rights in the Platform, including its software, AI models, algorithms, design, trademarks, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to Rentify. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Platform.

10.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload to the Platform. You grant Rentify the limited processing licence described in Section 6.3.

10.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant Rentify a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

11.1 Availability

Rentify aims to provide continuous availability but does not guarantee uptime. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in downtime.

11.2 Changes to the Service

Rentify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes where practicable.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or rely on third-party services (including cloud hosting, AI APIs, and payment processors). Rentify is not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services. Your use of any third-party integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RENTIFY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

• THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED
• AI EXTRACTIONS OR OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE
• THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• DATA STORED ON THE PLATFORM WILL NOT BE LOST

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, RENTIFY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM ERRORS IN AI-EXTRACTED DATA THAT YOU CONFIRMED FOR IMPORT
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR INTEGRATIONS
• DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT COPIES OF DOCUMENTS

IN ANY EVENT, RENTIFY'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO RENTIFY IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rentify and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party's rights, including the privacy rights of tenants whose data you upload
• Your violation of applicable UAE law
• Your use of the Service for any unlawful purpose

16. Termination

16.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@gorentify.com. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases and your data is subject to our retention and deletion policy.

16.2 By Rentify

Rentify may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

16.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licences granted under these Terms cease. You remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations. Sections 6, 10, 14, 15, 16, 19, and 20 survive termination.

17. Changes to These Terms

Rentify reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

18.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be referred to the competent courts of the UAE.

19. General Provisions

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rentify regarding your use of the Service.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

19.3 Waiver

Failure by Rentify to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

19.4 Language

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any conflict with an Arabic translation, the English version shall prevail.

19.5 Assignment

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Rentify's prior written consent. Rentify may assign these Terms without restriction.
